Bizzare Bits uploaded a video called "Everything Wrong WIth Yakko's World", where he pointed out every single mistake in the song. Half way through the video, he put "Isw also an island" and it became a massive meme, so much so that he capitalized it, with the Wakko's America video pointing out that Hawaii "isw an island", and the Presidents Song having a section with Bizzare Bits making jokes for every president, which always ended with ISW AN ISLAND!
