I am a MV fanboy, But I CANNOT say that MV Rodan would win this. Showa Rodan shrugged off Ghidorah's Gravity Beams like they were a mere annoyance (Invasion of the Astro Monster) and Legendary's Rodan got knocked out of the fight with one blast of Legendary Ghidorah's Gravity Beams. Of course MV Rodan had spent his entire life in that very volcano (Isla De Mara) and had zero combat experience, but that wouldn't affect durability.
