but didn't sunset, and starlight turn good during the shows? (i don't really know, haven't seen any episodes past the sixth even then only say the 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6xth seaons)
Yes. Sunset turns good almost immediately & Starlight is "good" after the 5th season.
But none neither are shown to ever breakthrough and become alicorns, or become princesses. As far as we know, sunset stays in the human world (Equestria girls spinoffs) and starlight runs Twilight's friendship school after Twilight ascends to the throne (season 9.)
