1: get a Phlogistinator, a Gas Passer and as many rocks as possible, ones that float preferable.
2: throw as many Gas Passed shots as possible in the water, along with the rocks.
Step 3: activate Phlog crits and ignite the petrol, melting the rocks and making lava.
