The truth is that furries are just an unaware group of people aware of their Persona.
Persona is an image, Of what people see of you, A Mask If you will. Furries tend to make everything animal themed, But in reality, Personas have no such limits, They can be humans, Animals, Inanimate objects, You name it. Because humans have a desire to try new things, INCLUDING their image.
This lead to the theory that in the future, Furries will cease to exist and people will just acknowledge the fact that some people are aware of their own Persona.
