1.) Whenever a new user followers the stream, please welcome them, and make them read the handbook, whoever has followed the stream. Make them read the handbook. Use the notification settings.
2.) Scan a users account before letting them in crusader_stream. If you can't do that, give them the link to the Crusader_Borders stream (will be linked in comments).
3.) If a user follows a suspicous stream (like horny stream, and erp stream), temp ban them for 2 days.
