*The dragon appears startled, it could not understand you*

" DO YOU SPEAK OF ENGLISH? "

*the dragon speaks in a language you do not understand, it doesn’t seem to understand you*

(Assuming whatever you are using cannot speak dragon, this RP may or may not work for humans/humanoids, that’s why I recommended dragons)

Translation: WHAT IN THE BOOK?!

" Oh my god, fine, I'll try uh. "
" Yeah, some sort of language book, I renember having on me. "
He'd check the small pouches on his belt for a small book.

*the dragon remembered they shouldn’t have been shouting… she decided to poke one of them to see how it would react*

" What? "
" You like them? "
He'd point to one of his pouches.

*the dragon looks confused*

Translation: what even are you?

He'd take out the small translation book.
" Oh, yeah, I think it's here "
" Sprichst du Deutsch? "

*the dragon looks at the book and tries to take it, not knowing it’s for other languages, they seem to want to try to read it*

" OI, HAD TO KILL A MAN FOR THIS THING. "
He'd tear it from their hands and tries to find the language they're speaking.

*the dragon looked surprised*

" Okay, now which language do you speak in? "
He'd scroll through the pages of the small book.

*the dragon gets startled by something else, they quickly pick you up and set you on their back and fly through the jungle as quickly but carefully as possible*

" DON'T DAMAGE THE GOGGLES! "

Jade: …. *something you don’t understand*

Translation: I don’t know what you’re whining about, but by the book, be quiet.

He'd try to look through the book and find the language.

*the dragon glides from tree branch to tree branch while avoiding the dragon eating plants, she could actually remember a lot of them from her classes, but something is catching up to her, something more familiar with the forest than her*

" What the hell are those plants? "
" Wait, I think I found it. "
He'd say some random word in the language that the dragon speaks in.

Jade: … did you even understand a word I just said? *she looks at them funny, but she seemed to understand you that time*

He'd speak very hard to understand words.
" I understand. "
" I think. "

*the forest gets thicker as Jade flies on, once she came across some vine dome but figured it would be a waste of time to check it out, she was trying to head out towards the sea*

Jade: *as quiet as she could say it* just be quiet, quit squeaking. I don’t feel like getting captured by hivewings, or killed by leafwings if they exist. Both are equally dangerous to me.

He'd check the book again.
" What are those? "

Jade: not worth an explanation right now. As long as I don’t get caught, we’ll be fine.

You'd slightly touch his goggles.
He'd begin to emit ear-spilliting scream, essentially throwing a tantrum over you touching his goggles.

Jade: BY THE BOOK, SHUT UP! YOU’RE GOING TO GET US BOTH— *she was slammed into tree by another dragon, this one had two wings instead of four and was mostly green, you could hear the ocean just up ahead. She was held to the tree, and she was definitely unconscious.*

???: just a silkwing *they sounded surprised*, should we take her out?

??? 2: if you ask me, it’s not worth it, she isn’t like those other ones, no cuff on her arm.

???: she still poses a threat. What if she tells someone else?

??? 2: looked like she was heading out to sea to me.

*there was a group of new dragons pursuing her*

???: We’ll interrogate her as soon as she wakes up.?

???: 2: that’s probably a good way to start.

He'd check the book again.
" Uh, let her go. "
" Please? "

???: *the leafwing looked at them* and what in the world is that?

??? 2: not sure. Maybe someone can have it as a snack or something.

He'd check the book again.
" I am not a snack. "
" Now please let her go. :

???: .. whatever you say, tiny thing. And no. What’s a silkwing doing way out here anyways?

??? 2: beats me, I’ve got no answers. She flew past the camp too so it doesn’t look like she’s scouting for Wasp, otherwise she would have checked.

???: of course she wouldn’t be scouting for Wasp, she’s a silkwing.

" Oh frick it, violence it is. "
He'd put the small book into his pouch and begin to try climbing up to the two dragons.

???: may or may not be necessary small creature, it all depends on how your friend here answers these questions.

??? 2: I’d personally say get rid of the tiny creature, what if it warns Wasp about our existence?

???: this silkwing could but we’re keeping her alive..

??? 2: for questioning. Personally I’m surprised she had the brains to even figure out to come here instead of the caves.

???: don’t insult her intelligence just yet, we don’t know how much information Wasp permits silkwings to have or learn.

Nightcrawler would still be climbing up trees and whatnot, making the same, loud and annoying sound it made when Jade touched his goggles.
" LET 'ER GO! "

???: well that is annoying you silly creature.. she’s not going anywhere even if we left her here alone, she’s unconscious.

*two hivewings entered the area, both had pure white eyes, they were being controlled*

???: scatter, don’t let them see you.

*about 4 other leafwings left the group, the two that were with you flew up into the trees*

*the hivewings advanced and found Jade lying on the ground, they spoke in unison*

Hivewing (HW) 1 and 2: well, would you look who it is. Get up fugitive!

*they noticed Jade was unconscious*

HW 1/2: fine, I’ll drag you back if I have to. *the advance again but the two leafwings that were with you dropped on top of them, they hivewings shook them off and they began to fight, the hivewings were able to push them back to Jade before one was suddenly covered with silk that looked like it was on fire, it roared and pain and you can see it’s eyes flickering between all white and back to normal before one of the leafwings finally cut their throat. Jade had tried her best to sit up but she fell, she looked injured. The other Hivewing was killed not long after in a similar fashion.*

???: so you were running from them?

Jade: I think you know the answer.

???: don’t even attempt to get smart with me, silkwing.

He'd begin to climb the trees faster.

???: what are you doing here?

Jade: absolutely nothing.

??? 2: clearly not because Wasp just managed to fly two hivewings to through the jungle just to catch you.

Jade: if I tell you, would you let me go?

???: we’ll start with other questions then. Where do you come from?

Jade: Bloodworm hive. I took a big risk just trying to get to Jewel Hive from there, which is partially how I got here.

???: that’s a long ways away, did you fly?

Jade: had no wings at the time. I was able to move most of my family to Jewel Hive. The least strict out of all of ‘em. They forced me to leave my sibling there.

???: you must be one lucky silkwing.

Jade: I know…

??? 2: why does Queen Wasp want you so bad if you’re a silkwing?

Jade: I can’t answer that.

??? 2: YOU WILL ANSWER THE QUESTIONS I ASK OR YOU WILL—

Jade: I HONESTLY DON’T HAVE AN ANSWER!

???: BY THE TREES, STOP SHOUTING.

He'd reach the top of the tree.
" Whew, that was a stretch. "
He'd stretch out.
" Now, where are those two. "

???: down here tiny creature.

??? 2: we aren’t hurting the silkwing… yet…

Jade: alright. I’ll tell you. I just don’t want you to use me.

???: for what?

Jade: I’m a flamesilk silkwing… that’s why the queen wants me so bad. I’m just not sure what for.

??? 2: my sources say she locks you up in a chamber where all you do is produce different kinds of flamesilk. Trust me, you made the right choice by coming here if you wanted to avoid that.

Jade: I came here to try to lose the patrols and hunting parties so I could cross the ocean freely.

???: you don’t want to fight for your dragons?

Jade: I do, I’m just not sure how, I’m only one dragonet.

Nightcrawler would jump off the top of the tree like a madlad, aiming for the two dragons, screaming again.

*they both sidestep out of the way, one of them helps Jade up*

He'd try to grab onto their legs.

???: do you know what it’s doing?

Jade: nope, I just met this little guy as I entered the forest.

He'd be barely holding onto their leg
" Ahem. "
" Can you please pull me up? "
" Can we negotiate this peacefully? "

??? 2: calm down, we’re done.

???: we really should take her to belladonna though. What’s your name silkwing?

Jade: my name is Jade.

???: alright Jade, as promised, you’re free to do whatever, as long as you don’t return to the hives unless you’re on a mission for us.

Jade: can I at least try to save my sibling?

???: they are not our problem and I advise against it, especially if they are in one of the more strict hives. Are you just deciding to change your mind to save them before going traveling to a continent that might not exist?

Jade: I have to try. They’ll have wings like me soon.

???: … I might as well join you.

??? 2: what?

???: we could get some good information about the hives from this. Plus I’ll make sure you won’t get caught.

" Uh, guys, I'm gonna die here. "
" Jade, I nearly killed myself for you.. "

*Jade catches you*

He'd look down, and cover his mouth no not begin screaming again.

Jade: so what is this creature?

???: you tell us.

Jade: …

" Oh, I can tell you. "
" I'm a uh. "
" I don't actually know. "
" People just call me sample or Nightcrawler. "
" So call me that! "

Jade: … alright Nightcrawler

???: weird name. You ready to go save your sibling in Bloodworm?

Jade: if he’s still located there, that is.

???: you don’t know?

Jade: I escaped quite a while ago so I could grow my wings and get used to flying…

??? 2: you escaped without your wings? Impressive.. for a silkwing.

???: what did I say?

Jade: I kind of had to, I wouldn’t have been able to escape if I tried after my metamorphosis.

??? 2: I’ll tell the rest of the party you’re gonna be gone for a while.

???: that would be great. Ready Jade?

Jade: yep.

He'd then begin to scream again.

Jade: AYE STOP IT!

*the other leafwing grabs you and forcefully closed your mouth*

Jade: thank you.

???: you have no idea how much I want to kill this thing right now.

" I don't like when people touch my goggles. "

???: YOU DON’T HAVE TO SCREAM THEN, JUST TELL US! *she looks like she was about to breath fire but it was clearly just to scare you*

Jade: you don’t need to be that rude *she chuckled* Just please don’t scream. I swear I’ve lost my hearing because of it.
