I kinda wanna see an Arc where Luigi is the bad guy. Luigi gets tired of being bullied so he turns into a bad guy known as Mr L. Mr L commits crimes and SMG4’s gang has to figure out who Mr L actually is. Despite the name people don’t Suspect Luigi because he’s a coward.

Yes, He could use his meditation to control the space time continuum to try and kill Smg4 and the gang
