Nah bro it’s called a triplet it’s where you shorted the noted slightly to fit three quarter notes into two beats.

The reason why this is impossible is because of the rest in front of the triplet. This makes it offbeat. You can watch a video on YouTube for more explanation

The point of this is not to fit 3 beats into 2 notes it’s so you play them at a faster off beat pace. If I wanted 3 beats I would just extend the song.
