There are different ways of parenting

Oh, my parents have given up on controlling what LGBTQ stuff we experience, with two LGBTQ older siblings

My child will discover for themself through their own research and opinions and I’ll Simply help

I’m not going to push them towards anything that doesn’t directly effect them unless it’s educating them and respecting others whenever they’re older

If you disagree that’s okay, a lot of people disagree on a lot of things. After all at the end of the day there’s no one true correct way to parent and different people have different opinions.

Gender as a concept for someone who was abused can feel quite oppressive sometimes co I guess I also just tend to gravitate away from it

Also if my child is LGBTQ that’s one thing but I don’t believe that they will get to decide outside of what I consider reasonable what chemicals are going into their body because allowing children access to those sorts of big things can be a little dangerous sometimes
