That’s actually called objectophilia if I remember correctly
As long as it isn’t harming the person attracted to the inanimate object or anyone else, it’s usually not a cause for concern, although it is classified as a mental illness
For example: someone is sexually attracted to balloons, owns millions of them and may use them to pleasure themself, but this doesn’t harm them physically or mentally. This is not something to worry much about unless you’re their significant other and this makes you uncomfy. But if someone else was sexually attracted to something more harmful, like old car parts, that may be more concerning since you could get yourself sick/stuck if you tried to have sex with one of those (also I’ve seen both the balloon person and the car parts person on my strange addiction before and I’ve seen doctors’s comments on the videos, this is a real thing, strange as it is.)
