DISTURBING; There is a 60 second 9-1-1 call that was uploaded in August 2000. The call goes that a person called Ruth Price contacted the police because someone was knocking on her door a lot trying to get a apartment. After a little bit, theres a long pause. What comes next might be the most chilling blood cureling screams i have ever heard in my life. Ruth price then says, "Can somebody help me to breathe!", and then the call cuts out.
