Hoshiko: Fine. I’ll do everything in my power to make sure everyone out in public, even if it’s at a public pool or beach area, will have to cover up their torsos, and no one will dare to stop me. No barechested men, no breast exposure no matter how slight, and no midriffs. And always be sure to shave as well as cover up the groin area at a minimum of the topmost area of the thigh. The only exception shall have to be the changing rooms, which are already separated by gender anyway
