Don't sue me Disney O-O

I have to say, the Disney formula must have, a teenager girl with a talent or power of some sort, dead mom, 1/2 of the time dad, and animal friend(s). The reason the parents are dead, or some form of it, will be the hill they must overcome. Also they need an evil family member.
