just made a difficult yet necessary decision... my mom found out about something, had a 2-hour discussion with me, and was able to convince and support me with said decision. i don't want to but it's for the best... i just need to find a way to make this work... without making things worse... this situation (or person I should say), has had a HUGE impact on me, my family, and my friends in a way where, in the end, we all got hurt due to them being around... we gave them so many chances to change their ways, but it's clear to us that it's hopeless. it's my fault for trusting them, introducing them to my friends and family, and continuing to be around them after knowing that they were toxic... All because I didn't want to hurt their feelings... Silly, ain't it? That's "love" for you... two... just two... It TWO lies to bring TWO people together and TWO years to destroy what they had... I thought I gained a lover... Turns out... I gained nothing... The only thing I can do now is cut them out completely... Even though it's not my strong suit... But hey... At least I can finally be at peace... Knowing that I did the right thing for everyone. I've learned a lesson about knowing who a person really is before trusting them. I would've preferred that I didn't have to put up with so many burdens and bullshit to do it... but... Oh well... :D
