*After a long trip in the ocean depths, Sayori holds on to Sephiroth’s shoulders, following the same drill she followed while in water, while Sephiroth ascends into space. Once Sephiroth decides they’re far enough away from Earth, Sayori is allowed to let go*
Sephiroth: You know, Sayori, the farther you go into space, the more you begin to realize that Earth’s oceans are not that deep
Sayori: Is this why you kept reassuring me that it was okay that humanity had only seen 5% of the world’s total oceans?
Sephiroth: That was what I meant, since space is more vast than the oceans are deep. Out here in space, there are several worlds out there which can be explored. For all we know, there could be planets with oceans deeper than Earth’s own ocean
Sayori: Are there parallel universes?
Sephiroth: Whatever’s beyond the stars has yet to be seen. But for now, we still need to scratch the surface of our own universe
Sayori: …I’m feeling the sudden urge to take over countless worlds
Sephiroth: Then so be it (anything for my cinnamon roll)
