I made a post about how people are like "Why do gays get a month and veterans only get a day" when they actually do get a month. May in Military Appreciation Month but people are too closed minded and uneducated to actually do the research. This entire stream was on my ass all pissed off thinking I was disrespecting Veterans... Simply saying that Veterans do have a month is not disrespecting them. I was just simply saying that they have more than just Veteran's Day. I didn't say anything bad about them and this stream lost their shit. It was a funny sight until it got boring.

As someone who is nonbinary, I don't care if someone comes to me telling me that. Like... You can believe there are only 2 genders. You can still believe that and still be respectful. That's what my friend does. She believes there are two genders but she still respects the fact that I use they/them. I just don't see why everyone is so upset just because somebody want to identify as something else. So what? It's not effecting you in any way. While yes, they are speaking the truth. There's a lot of straight people who are also just as guilty.

You also hear people say "Well I don't want it shoved down my throat" when... Its really not shoved down peoples throats. People can choose to just ignore it but they don't. Instead, they bitch about and start being and ass, putting a bad rep on that group or community.
