Yes, she's an NPC and therefore can't take damage. I didn't count her as a boss because she doesn't have a boss bar and you can't fight her, and I'm fairly sure she can't kill you. But you said she's worse than a boss, so I counted her as a miniboss. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I count minibosses as hard enemies like Guardians and Lynels, and bosses as enemies with a boss bar even if they're easy like hinoxes.
