Upvote beggar; An Imgflip user who lives on asking the community for more upvotes on his/her image by saying things such as "pls upvote" or "upvote if you agree" They also claim that upvoting memes gives you more points, when in reality, downvoting can still give you points. Usually, the community will do the exact opposite of what the upvote beggar says
