Kashiko: Fischl’s right, Sephiroth did nothing wrong
Rosalina: What are you talking about, Kashiko? When Sephiroth accidentally discovered his origins, he wanted to get revenge on everyone he’s ever known, and that ended up leading to mass destruction. But when you accidentally discovered your origins all you did was become self conscious. I mean, you did bully people as well, but it’s mostly nothing compared to the damage Sephiroth did. And he claims to do all this for the sake of-
Fischl, aiming her arrow at Rosalina: We don’t talk about Sephiroth’s mother
Kashiko: Like I was saying, you’re the reason I’m burning inside with violent anger. I’ve been acting calm for long enough, but you’re only adding fuel to my internal flame. This entire time I’ve been hiding anger violent enough to destroy an entire cluster of galaxies. Luckily for you I’ve been patient enough to delay giving you despair myself
Rosalina: I can’t believe you’re acting like an even more wicked Sephiroth. It’s not like I ever did anything to-
Fischl: Kashiko, let me clear this up for you. Rosalina, listen carefully. Sephiroth was practically betrayed by the people close to him, and I somewhat know that feeling myself. Can you imagine how it really feels?
Kashiko, calming down: Continuing what Fischl is saying. If you really knew how it felt, you wouldn’t be treating him this way right now. And there was definitely a valid reason he placed immense trust in Sayori upon seeing her first sight. He saw something in her which he couldn’t see in the other Dokis. I mean, Sayori herself is actually a kind and caring friend, and it’s not like even me or Fischl could come to her levels of kindness
Fischl: And before you claim that Sayori got her destructive impulses from Sephiroth, let me just clarify that Sayori came up with the original idea to inflict death and destruction
Rosalina: Very well. You two might have a point, but that still doesn’t justify what Sephiroth did to everyone he’s ever known at the time
