Who has the right of way in this diagram? Red, Grey, or Yellow?

Can you explain? I was the Gray car in this situation. I made my left turn after going through the already green light. I was just wondering if traffic crossing a sidewalk to enter a street have right of way over traffic already in the street. Thanks.

Usually traffic going straight has right of way before traffic that is turning. Sometimes you'll see a green arrow for left turns if it's high traffic otherwise cars turning left would never get a chance. Now if it's just a 4 way stop with no traffic lights the car that arrives at the intersection first will go before others whether he is turning or not.

Of course, but this was a "T" intersection with a parking lot exit opposite the north/south street. Does that mean they can just shoot out into traffic if they are going straight?

As per the road diagram the Right of way at this T intersection first Red car to be allowed since it on straight, and the next ROW Yellow car which also on a straight line, then ROW to the grey car which is making a left turn. Vehicles proceeding in a straight line to get priority of ROW, then Vehicles making a right turn left turn or U-turn.

Even though the red car is driving straight out of a parking lot and crossing a pedestrian sidewalk to do so? You might need to turn in your driver's license.

No, but I know traffic rules. Here in the UK, the traffic light is on your side of the intersection, and the green light is on yellow's side
