So, if you look closely both explosions look too similar. Why? Troll is the one who hit the button to drop the nuke while Tricky was on the plane which dropped the nuke and the nuke is the same nuke, both images occurring at the same time.
While Troll was in the city, the plane was far away, but not too far to a point you can't see the explosion. Tricky was coincidentally next to the window in which you could see the explosion while taking a picture for a meme.
