Also if an image has comments disabled after existing comments were posted, the user that posted those should be able to see them and delete them.

Currently comments in that condition are displayed in a user's comment history but not on the image page. There is currently no way for a user to delete those on their own.

Here's another idea: Maybe disabling comments should just not hide existing comments.
