Musume: Can someone remind me why Sayori and Sephiroth prefer the deep dark ocean waters over shallow ocean waters?
Mythra: Well, I have the perfect explanation for that. Sayori and Sephiroth are quite literally “the darkness”, so they prefer the deeper ocean areas where sunlight barely reaches the ground, whereas me and Kashiko alike, our primary element is light, and thus we prefer the shallow ocean where we get to see more sunlight
