Horror, Dead by Daylight inspired

Moth: "Masked killers? Like my entire family? Oh, God."

*You keep feel like your seeing something out of the corner of your eye, but every time you look theres nothing there*

Moth: "Hello?"

*Nothing but the normal sounds of the city

Moth: "I'm finally losing my mind, aren't I?"

*Probably. You get the feeling your being watched, and you swear you can see a black fog rolling in from the distance*

Moth: "..."

noah: hmm

bob: I swear to god, if i keep acting like a character from a horror cameo, im going to freak out..

??: I figured. Well, my names Jonah. Before I wound up here I was working for the Special Operations unit for the CIA

bob: nices, so when exactly do we play this rabbit game?

Jonah: Whenever the sick f*ck wants us to. It just took some people so I think we have a little time

bob: nice, so why are we here again?

Jonah: The thing, which we call the entity, seen something special in every one of us. Whether its strong spirit or innocence, the entity wants it. It puts us head to head against monsters and murderers alike in an attempt to gain some of our soul. Whatever bad things have happened to you throughout your life, the entity probably was the puppetmaster behind it, grooming you to be the perfect plaything

bob: so we kill monsters murderers, and each other?

Jonah: Other way around buddy. Monsters hunt us. They all have some enhanced ability given to them by the entity. And what do we have? Planks around the terrain that we can stun the guy with for like 3 seconds

bob: seems balanced, so basically christianity is a lie?

Jonah: Essentially. Anymore smart remarks?

bob: nah, just tired, (looks for his niquil in his pocket but there not there) huh, where did they go?

Jonah: What you looking for?

Bob: niquil, gonna sleep so i can get this whole game over with..

Jonah: Not how that works, were here for more than one game.
*Theres an awkward silence before you feel a strange sensation in your gut, and then a claw sprouts from the ground and takes you the same way it took Delson*
Jonah: Good luck kid. Your gonna need it.
*You wake up in an unfamiliar car junkyard, alone so it seems*

bob: (wakes up) did i find the nyquil..?

*Hes in front of you*
??: Afraid not. Welcome to Autohaven Reckers. And you can call me Leon
*In the distance you hear a faint humming of a lullaby and your heart starts to race*
Leon: Hide *he throws you into a locker against some of the crushed cars* Dont move, dont breath unless you have to, and dont scream *he runs off*

bob: (in his mind) seems easy..

*Your heart beats louder until he is right outside the locker, but he seems to follow Leon and leave you alone*

Delson: Quick version? Play cat and mouse with a murderer all for the amusement of the entity that brought you here

bob:seems simple..

Delson: Then you clearly dont understand
*He approaches*
??: Hey D, whos the new guy?
Delson: Um I actually have no clue Kenny. What’d you say your name was?

bob: (gives him a fake name) uhh.. tony..?

Kenny: You had to think about your own name?
Delson: Chill Ken theres a lot happening to him right now-
* The same claws that took you sprout out of the ground, pulling Kenny and Delson, along with two other people in the distance, into the earth*

bob: why should i even bother.. (goes towards the claws)

*They seem to not want you, as they disappear along with Delson and dont return. You suddenly dont feel safe alone and figure you should try and buddy up with someone*

bob: hey uhh, anyone there..?

*The 1st one notices you and walks over*
??: Hey you look shook. Your new here arent you?

bob: more tired than shook, but a little nervous, and yes..

*The answers no. just then 4 claws burst from your front door, making their way directly towards you*

bob: OH HELL NO (he starts fires at the claws)

*sorry buddy, im afraid that wont cut it. The bullets bounce off its sleek “skin” like its made of rubber, and the claws stab into you, pulling you toward their origin*

Bob: WHY DOES EVERYDAY HAVE TO BE LIKE THIS...

*You see the claws pulling you towards a puff of black fog in the ground. You cant do anything as you are pulled through what you thought was solid floor. As you go through the floor, you are flooded with feelings that make you black out. You wake up by a campfire in a deep dark forest, and around the fire are 30 ish people youve never seen before*

bob: is this like freddy kreuger brand squid game..?

*He approaches you*
??: Shit another one. Kid whats the last thing you remember?

bob: i think getting dragged by 15 panther claws?

??: Yeah sounds about right. My names Delson, and welcome to your forever hell

bob: well that nice, so why am i here again?

*You walk by a coffee shop, and in a persons bag you see a black and red claw start emerging, but when you blink its gone*

bob: huh... maybe i should lay of the smokes..

*As you walk, you notice multiple car alarms start to go off, until one right next to you starts blaring. In the car through the window you can see the claw, getting a better look at it now. It almost looks like a spider leg…?*

bob: uh hello? anyone else seeing this?

*No one seems to pay you any mind, continuing on with their lives as if nothing happened. Suddenly, the claw breaks the car window and tries to stab you. You cant see where the claw is coming from, and you dont know how long the thing even is*

bob: alright im out (he dashes to his apartment)

*You think your safe, hoping whatever the hell it was decided to stay outside. Until you see a black fog start to emerge from your bathroom*

bob: (runs to a gun case, smashes it open, and grabs a shotgun) YOU WANNA GO?

*The fog recedes, disappearing entirely. Are you safe?*

Bob: what?
