Toradora: in episode something, a car ran over Ryūji’s head. Taiga was holding on to Ryūji’s leg, so she was dragged by the car as Ryūji’s blood was sticking to the car. The car did a drift and Taiga’s legs were ripped off. A car hit the trunk of the car that killed Ryūji, leading to the death of Taiga. An ambulance carrying 5 dead bodies runs over the car accident, killing the drivers. The credits roll, playing “Maniacs of Noise” for music. The credit’s bonus scene is Ami dancing and Minorin crying. the end
