The Ink Javelin works because the creators figured out how to make the Detonation of the Suction bomb controllable, It packs quite a punch in splatting opponents, it's so powerful that it can splat people who are in ink armor, It's quite stacked in the power department but it heavily lacks in speed. The Bomb recovery time is 7 seconds long but that makes up for it's power and range. Oh and speaking of range, the range the Ink Javelin can shoot it's bomb is as far as the E-Liter 4K Scopes range and the bomb travels really fast. Oh but don't worry you also have the special Suckerless, Suckerless is a new special that benefits the user's team, The user of Suckerless places a big open ink tank that creates a medium sized zone that gives the user's team infinite ink if they're in the zone. However this Ink tank only lasts 10 seconds so make use of it while you can.
Oh and don't worry, you can remove the Suction bomb from the Ink Javelin and throw it like normal. Also after you fire your Suction bomb, You need to stay alive because you can't attack for about 7 seconds
