Maybe don't focus so much on losing weight. Losing and gaining weight is a relatively straightforward process despite what people may say. If you eat below your calorie maintenance level, you will lose weight. If you eat above it, you will gain weight (accounting for exercise). You can calculate how many calories that is by...I forgot.
