Global mods are too powerful as it is. Besides, just because users of a stream made others delete doesn't mean the entire stream is at fault.

They are supposed to be that powerful.

Ok, perhaps. But what worries me is that since almost every large stream tends to have their own bitter trolls that take things too far, I worry that all those followers would have no place to go, and it might lead to an exodus if certain large streams are deleted.

Tell that to Jonathan, Spire and some others that deleted cuz of one stream. hell, TRY TELLING THAT TO ME!

That does not mean the said stream is at fault for its users. Think about world history for a moment... the globe didn't decide to delete Spain as a whole just because the leaders harassed Latin America and conquered it.
