I'd say that any website that is in accord with the law shouldn't be barred from the internet. For example, Amazon trying to strong-arm companies to comply with their agenda by denying access to internet servers shouldn't be allowed to happen. It's quite illegal under anti-trust laws actually.

Different websites have different purposes, so I'd say it's fine that they enforce their own rules. It really just comes down to that everyone should be allowed to say whatever they want (within the law) on at least some part of the internet and to run their websites how they want.

I suppose it depends on whether there are alternatives or not. I don’t think too many people would be complaining if Amazon refused to allow a site like The Daily Stormer to be hosted on their servers. Likewise, I certainly wouldn’t want to host racists like Ibram X. Kendi or Joy Reid on my servers either. Plus, you could always do what Gab did and build all your own infrastructure, avoiding the whole situation altogether.

I would like to see it cover how just because you're free to say or do anything you want doesn't mean that you're free from consequences.
