Stalin is still to this day, the best anime protagonist, so i would see why you want to watch "Stalin:shippuden"(just stay away from "Stalin next generations"), because he is still better than the anime protagonist nowadays, like Mark Zuckerberg from "the promised Meta-land", or Elon Musk from the cash-cow known as "attack on twitter". :)
