Well, when did this start, and why?

A few weeks ago… I’d watched a video and the guy explained egg_ irl was basically trans people in denial and started to question my self… I pretty much identify as fluid, although when I can’t normally tell, I give myself the label of female

Understandable. Well, If you want to test things out, you could start by asking people to use a different set of pronouns to see how it feels.

I would try different labels and if u think it feels right then u could use it like i´m a omni enby who uses She/them,Her/they pronouns
