He is a divinity because he identifies as one, and energy isn't created by a god. it's Heat, Light, Motion, Electrical Stuff, Chemical Stuff, and Gravitation.

This implies that a god is what generates energy to begin with.

My definition of god is someone who is above creation but not energy because of energy. It's my religion. I'm not monoreligious (copyright me), i have my own 'melting pot' of religion that is a fusion of Judaism, Buddhism, a small part of Christianity, and even my own beliefs.
