Lucas Wykes has undergone a transformation caused by a dangerous elixir given to him by terrorists whom he is helping. He has killed several teachers and students during his attack on a mage school. Arthur Leywin comes to save the day, and soon learns that Lucas captured his girlfriend, Tessia. Lucas taunts Arthur about how he couldn't protect her, so Arthur takes off the seal that limited his own magic and has his legendary dragon bond protect Tessia as he goes to confront Lucas. Arthur activates his beast's will, which is an ability passed onto him by another dragon, and promptly freezes one of Lucas's arms off, uses lightning to blast the other off, and uses gravity magic to destroy his legs. He then says the quote above, and uses a mix of gravity magic and a really powerful kick to destroy Lucas's balls and his pelvic bone. Tessia was unconscious the whole time.
