You can make the brakes stop working

You cannot guarantee a crash at a specific place unless you have full control of a car

It's not ready. Even if these problems were solved, AND the car still affordable (new cars are already heading out of reach of people of average means), they cannot anticipate every situation, nor can they gauge the intent of the driver.

It might, if people can perfect the coding so the device can project routes, stop signs, stop light timings, and 4 way stop sign scanning, we could do it. But like all computers, there are bound to be bugs, a little glitch that could just cause a crash.
