One time they were just staring at my locker. And I was all like, “bruh u okay?”

Please explain to me why I must choose one. I don’t want to choose one because both options are dumb. Millions of people feel this way. That both options are stupid. I don’t like my biology, but I can’t do anything about it. What I can do is to listen to myself and what I feel and not choose to conform to something dumb and put myself into a binary box. Gender is a construct, why can’t it be updated to what people feel?
You can’t update biology (with today’s tech at least) but you can help update an outdated social construct.

You’re right. It is a biological thing. At least we both agree on that. But then again, so is age, so are mental disabilities, and so is our species. We can’t identify as a different age, identify as having a mental disorder, or identify as an animal (unless you’re a weirdo furry), but we can do that when it comes to gender… because you feel a certain way… what?

But even putting that aside, let me ask you a question. What about you specifically makes you feel set apart from both men and women?

What specifically? That’s a good question. I’m trying to figure that out myself. I like how you worded it though. “Set apart from both men and women”. I’m gonna use that in a book someday.
I’m not exactly sure, just neither one fits.
It’s… it’s like trying to put a shoe on your head. Neither the left one or the right one fits because you aren’t meant to put a shoe on your head.
And don’t ask where the feet are in this example, idfk where they are and if they have shoes in them.
