(I can hand you a link to the picrew if you want to make one real quick, otherwise, suggested OC would be a human despite the dragon not being able to understand you, reading the WoF series is also recommended but not needed)

Loafy- "Confused"

*the rainwing looks at you, but it doesn’t have time to investigate, they quickly change their scales to match their surroundings and duck under the underbrush, moments later, two nightwings rush out, they appeared to be chasing the rainwing and initially don’t see you*

Loafy- "starts to follow them carefully"

*the nightwings growl and then return to the cave, moments later, something picks you up… it was the camouflaged rainwing, they carry you away from the cave, their scales change to a bright blue, they are soon tackled by another Nightwing who looks happy to see them, they appear to be a friend, they help the rainwing up and they talk while walking, you don’t understand what they are saying however*

Translation:

?????: are you ok?! What happened?

Cascade: I was kidnapped by your tribe. I’m not sure what they want a rainwing for, but apparently it was worth imprisoning me for.

?????: what do you mean? And what are you carrying?

Cascade: well I was held on some volcanic island and I escaped on my own. They wanted for something, I’m not sure what. Also I think this thing is a scavenger.

?????: careful, those things are dangerous.

Cascade: so I’ve heard.

Loafy- "More confused and backs away scared"

Translation:

Cascade: it’s scared.

?????: I don’t see a weapon with them.

*the Nightwing hesitates before taking a step towards you*

'Loafy falls over crawling away more scared then ever"

*the Nightwing walks over, picks you up, and sets you down on Cascade’s back*

Translation:

Cascade: it kind of looks like the sloths we have here if you think about it*

?????: a little bit

"Loafy was confused of what they where saying but decided to trust them alittle"

*Cascade lifts up into the air, she takes care to br extra careful, the Nightwing follows*

Translation:

Cascade: do you know of a way to communicate with this thing? It appears intelligent.

?????: no idea.

Nightmare: "Huh? Oh." *yawns and grabs her dart gun*

*the time appears to be somewhere around midnight*

*The 4 year old dragonet spots you*

???: AAAAH, NOT ANOTHER NIGHTWING! *she quickly looks back at the cave before darting into the trees, even more frightened now, moments later, 2 nightwings run out of the tunnel, they appear to be chasing the rainwing*

Nightmare: *sighs* "Ah, I'm getting too old for this." *fires a dart at one of the Nightwings, hitting him in the back of the neck*

*he falls asleep immediately, the other retreats back into the cave, the rainwing saw the whole thing and soon realized you weren’t a Nightwing… she walked back to you, she grabbed the fallen nightwing’s spear while she was at it*

???: I should have known better… sorry, I panicked.

Nightmare: *shrugs* "Don't worry. If I were you, I'd run from some lazy old Nightwing too."

???: wait so you are a…. Why did your tribe kidnap me? And who are you?

*you hear another dragonet running out from a nearby underbrush*

?????: Cascade?!?

Cascade: over here. *that was the rainwing’s name*

?????: Are you ok? What happened?! Why were you gone for so long? *the young Nightwing dragonet looked at the older one lying on the ground*

Cascade: long story… I’ll tell you later. If I can trust you…

Nightmare: *flicks her tail and stands up* "I guess I should introduce myself, shouldn't I? I'm Nightmare. And to answer your question, the Nighwings want to invade your land and get off their volcano."

Cascade: guess that answers it.

??????: ah so that’s where we’ve been this whole time, and why this area feels really weird… especially when your near the cave… Animus magic might have connected a volcano somewhere to this rainforest. *the dragonet looks tired, like it’s been reading minds and doesn’t know how to stop*

Cascade: you’ve never been to your tribe’s home?

??????: my egg was hidden and hatched here.

*Cascade almost feels bad for the dragonet, but then realized that he may have been far better off here than in the gloomy fortress prison she was held in, the dragonet shuddered and looked hurt*

Cascade: sorry… *she didn’t really sound sorry, but she tried her best given the situation*

??????: it’s fine. Not that I would like to visit some active volcano any time soon.

Nightmare: *nods*

?????: Cascade, I’m sorry I didn’t find you sooner, I didn’t even know about this cave until now, we need to go warn the rainwings.

Cascade: even if I did warn our queens about it, I’m not sure if they could turn us all from fruit gatherers to soldiers in days. I don’t know how long we have.

?????: are you the first rainwing they’ve kidnapped?

Cascade: looks like it, didn’t see anyone else there. *she coughs a little*

?????: they likely either don’t know about your venom or they are unprepared and want to know what their up against, if we warn someone, we’ll have plenty of time.

Cascade: you weren’t really supposed to say that in front of a Nightwing we barely even know considering the circumstances.

?????: they did help you out.

Cascade: completely fair, but how do I know this isn’t a trick to get us to lower our guard, just to be taken again?

?????: well for starters they seem to have one of your tribe’s blow dart guns with the sleeping darts.

Cascade: you don’t have to be a rainwing to make those you know.

Nightmare: "I stole it."

Cascade: see?

?????: ok, think about it for a second, why would they be telling us what their planning if they didn’t intend to help us?

Cascade: a deception tactic. *her scales begin to turn red, she is trying not to get angry, a very big change considering a moment before her scales were white with fear, the young Nightwing could already tell Cascade was still very angry* They’re likely going to shoot us next and put us in a cell again.

?????: calm down… *he’s trying to read your mind, trying to anticipate what you will do next* We don’t know that for sure. Maybe moving away from the tunnel would help.

Cascade: that’s a good idea. Who knows if the other guard could have gathered more nightwings to surround us. *she nodded in understanding to a seemingly silent response, the nightwing dragonet and the rainwing dragonet walked further into the forest, never rally turning their back on Nightmare*

?????: Nightmare, are you coming?

Nightmre: "Yeah." *follows* "if you want the dart gun, you can have it."

Cascade: WAIT THE GUARD!

?????: quiet you’ll—

*Cascade camouflaged with the jungle, it might have been hard for you to see but the young Nightwing could tell where she was. Cascade tried to drag the Nightwing guard away from the cave, probably to tie them up, unfortunately, the other one that had escaped had emerged from the cave to grab his companion. Cascade only managed to get the dart off of his neck before the other guard yanked the adult Nightwing back into the cave, she ran back to you guys*

Cascade: at least I got the dart.

?????: I’ll take the dart gun until Cascade thinks you can be trusted.

Nightmare hands her the dartgun and a pouch filled with darts*

*The nightwing dragonet takes it*

?????: thank you.

Cascade: alright, I trust you a little more now, but I seriously want to know what your doing here then if you aren’t scouting for the rest of your tribe.

Nightmare: *shrugs* "I was waiting for someone."

Cascade: who exactly?

?????: *they climb to one of the higher tree branches to keep a lookout* I’ll have your back while your questioning them.

Nightmare: "A dragon named Tangerine. A Rainwing. Did either of you, by any chance, see him?"

Cascade: no actually..

?????: I’ve been staying away from the rainwing villages. I don’t know anyone.

Nightmare: "Oh..."

?????: I do want to actually see the villages, but it’s best if I stay away for now, for my own reasons. That and my mother would probably be more than upset that I was gone. Anyways, no, I haven’t seen Tangerine, or any other rainwing up close besides Cascade.

Cascade: yeah, I haven’t seen Tangerine either. They weren’t in that fortress I was kept in as far as I could tell so don’t worry just yet.

?????: *they’re attempting to read your mind to get your thoughts on this matter*

Nightmare: *nods* "Ok. He was supposed to meet me there. I wanted to show him the egg.`"

Cascade: what egg? What are you talking about?

?????: hmm… *it sounds like he spotted something*

Nightmare: "The egg Tangerine and I have. He hasn't seen it yet because I had to be on the volcano lately, keeping it hidden."

Cascade: well, the only way he’s getting passed those two guards at the bottom is if he’s camouflaged, it shouldn’t be too hard since their rarely paying attention. I guess the rest of your tribe thinks we’re all lazy and won’t launch an attack or defend ourselves.

?????: your tribe isn’t lazy, just different. You’re tribe hasn’t seen combat for years. And with the stolen scrolls a friend keeps bringing me, it sounds like quite a while. Your tribe might be under a false sense of security considering the tunnel and your kidnapping. Are you sure you didn’t see any other rainwings down there?

Cascade: I have good eyes you know, a little smoke from the volcano isn’t much, I could still see completely fine.

?????: how close were they keeping you to that volcano?

Cascade: I think the fortress was partially built both on and inside the volcano. Looked like an island.

?????: oh those poor dragons.

Cascade: I’m not sympathetic towards them at all right now, they dragged me down there for 3 nights to suffer with them. *she huffed and turned her back toward him*

Nightmare: *nods*

Cascade: give her the dart gun back, I trust her.. For now.

?????: alright. *the Nightwing dragonet flies down and gives you the dart gun back, with all of the darts and the bag* by the way, 3 nightwings are standing guard at the entrance to the cave. I think they still know you’re in the area, there might be a few dragons trying to find you right now.

Cascade: guess they really don’t like the fact that I escaped. Here. *She hands him the spear she took*

?????: what are you doing?

Cascade: to go see if I can find Tangerine. *She camouflaged again, then she climbed the tree to glide down to the top of the cave, it was a miracle that they hadn’t heard you or Cascade*

Nightmare: "..."

*Cascade jumped off and glided toward the cave entrance in complete silence, she successfully landed on top and sneaked into the cave*

?????: *whispering* if she got herself out of there once, she can do it again, I would love to go with her but I’d be caught immediately.

*the scent of smoke is the first thing that Cascade was able to notice again, and she hated it. She couldn’t see much, the cave around her felt wrong and out of place. Moments later, she could see light again, and that angry red glare from the volcano with that ominous dark gray smoke that covered the island, she did not want to go back here. She quickly flew up passed the first set of guards, they didn’t notice her. She looked for a good vantage point, she found one after a few minutes and flew towards it. While she was camouflaged, no one could see her. She landed, up on this cliff edge, she could see the entire side of the volcano. She looked around for any signs of Tangerine*

???: "If you want to eat, you'd better stop swiping at me with your tail, you freak."

*Cascade jumped at first because she thought someone had spotted her, but then turned around to see who was talking, she tried to remain as quiet as possible*

???: "That's how you wanna play it, huh? Whatever."

*Cascade walked over to them as quietly as possible*

*a small Nightwing a little bigger than Cascade flies way, muttering*

Cascade: heh.. that was close. *she goes to look at whatever they were talking too*

???: *flicking his tail back and forth*

Cascade: uh…. *she gets rid of her camouflage*

???: "?"

Cascade: who… or what are you?

???: *flicks his tail at the muzzle*

Cascade: can you camouflage?

???: *his scales change to the color of the stone*

Cascade: perfect. I’m going to get you out of here. It’s not really safe for a rainwing here. *She looks at the fortress that held her for three days, she knew word was eventually going to spread of her escape* Try not to not to move a lot, I’ll carry you.

???: *nods*

*Cascade picks up the dragonet and then she also changes her scales to camouflage with the rest of her surroundings, he skill is advanced enough that she can change her scales almost as quickly as her environment changes around her, she then ascends into the sky to find a path to the cave, she wraps the dragonet tightly in her arms to keep it safe, she can fly study while holding the dragonet*

???: "..."

*you’re about halfway to the cave with no problems as of yet, Cascade checks to see if there are any nightwings who may have spotted her*

???: *looking around as well*

*Cascade continues at a glide incase they could hear here wings flapping around in the dark, ash-filled sky. They’re almost to the cave when they spot the three guards walking through the cave again. Cascade was forced to land to be as quiet possible, she landed without a sound despite having a dragonet in her arms*

???: "..."

*Cascade is waiting for the guards to move a little further out*

Cascade: *whispering to the dragonet* I wonder if that other Nightwing is gonna come back. Were they taking care of you?

???: *nods*

Cascade: oh…. That’s gonna complicate things…

*the guards have moved far enough away from the cave where Cascade can make it through unnoticed, she climbs down and glides into the cave*

Cascade: oh please tell me that’s not him coming now. *she thinks she see’s a Nightwing flying their way*

?????: "Where is that stupid little orange dragon? I swear on Darkstalker's scroll that I'll find him. We already lost Nightmare and her weird-looking egg. We can't let the Rainiwnggs find out. NOBODY WILL LISTEN TO ME. He's just a dragonet, they say. He can't be a problem, they say."

Cascade: ok time to go. *she hurries through the cave*

*Cascade could smell the fresh air from the forest, it was a great relief to her since she had been breathing in smoke for the last hour, she had just left the cave that led to the Volcanic island when her Nightwing friend tackled her*

?????: you were gone for so long I was getting worried!

Cascade: careful, I have a dragonet. *she grinned* Looks a little thin but as long as they took care of him better than how they treated me while I was in that stupid fortress, I guess it’s ok.

?????: what do you mean?

Cascade: a Nightwing dragonet was caring for it in Nightmare’s absence. I caught something about how they weren’t suppose to lose him before I flew back through the cave. So either all of the nightwings know about it or only a few do and had selected this one to actually care for it. *She’s helped up by her Nightwing friend*

Nightmare: *looks at the dragonet, making sure he hasn't been wounded or anything*

Cascade: I just thought of something… how are dragons punished on the island? *she looks worried*

?????: why are you worried about that?

Cascade: your tribe looks in pretty bad shape, the smoke alone has probably messed up their lungs. They sounded sick, I didn’t see any sources of food…

Nightmare: "In terms of punishments, there is a dungeon for dragons who haven't been proven guilty yet, but most of the time they just throw you into the lava."

Cascade: …. That’s not good.

?????: don’t tell me your going back to save a Nightwing that could—

*Cascade was already running back into the tunnel, her scales changed for camouflage again*

???: *claws off his muzzle* "She's gonna get herself killed."
Nightmare: "Yep."

????: "Morrowseer, I know you're mad, but we can still fix this! The rainforest is huge, yes. But that dragonet couldn't possibly get too far!"

Cascade: *she tries to keep herself hidden as best as possible to see if she can somehow manage to get the Nightwing to follow her without anyone noticing*

Morrowseer: "Shut up. YOU failed. You're lucky you're still a dragonet and we can't lose any right now, otherwise, I would have cut you open myself. I still might."
????: "Of course. I-I should go."

*Cascade was starting to wish she had a weapon, she didn’t like the situation she found herself in, and she definitely wanted to avoid using her venom for right now incase that secret was still safe, she waits till she has an opening to see if she can make the Nightwing follow her back through the cave*

????: *flies away towards the rainforest tunnel, growling* "I'll show him. I'll show them all."

*Cascade follows him, she’s ready to fight him if she needed to*

????: "I know you're there, Rainwing."

*Cascade continues at a glide incase the Nightwing heard him, she could have revealed herself and had the Nightwing chase her, but she didn’t*

????: "You can follow me all you want. I don't have time for this."

*Against her better judgement, Cascade loses the camouflage, her scales turn black and dark blue, which she hoped would keep most nightwings from looking twice*

Cascade: sounds to me like you don’t have much time at all

????: "Yeah? Why would you care?"

Cascade: why should you stay if you know you’re going to die? I’m offering you a chance, either you leave with me, or leave on your own and come back to your very happy home here on this lovely volcanic island. I personally would choose never to come back here again, I can already see your food situation is pretty bad.

????: "...Fine."

Cascade: well, come on then. I can’t stay here all day.

????: "Ok..." *follows Cascade*

*Cascade flies down to the entrance and disguises herself as a Nightwing*

Cascade: not much further.

????: *nods*

*Cascade walks through the cave*

????: "Who are you, anyway?"

Cascade: might I ask you the same question? My name’s Cascade, I was on that miserable rock you call home for 3 days because you guys kidnapped me. *her scales are starting to turn red*

????: "Oh. Cool name. I'm Darksight."

Cascade: Thanks. We’re almost through.

Darkfinder: *nods*

*You and Cascade enter the rainforest once more*

Darkfinder: "Wow..."

Cascade: unlike that miserable rock, this place is actually full of life. I can see why you want to take it for yourselves, but I think there is enough room to house two tribes here. Why did you guys want to move there anyways?

Darkfinder: *shrugs* "Something about a full moon curse or something."

Cascade: that seems like an odd reason. Anyways, where are—

*this time Darkfinder is the one getting tackled by the other Nightwing dragonet, Cascade looks at him like he’s out of his mind*

?????: what? He could have hurt you.

Cascade: *she facepalms, she’s getting frustrated* get off him.

?????: but—

Cascade: now!

?????: … *they help Darkfinder up*

Darkfinder: "...Thanks. Wait, who are you? I've never seen you before."

Cascade: I suggest taking Darkfinder, Nightmare, and her dragonet as far away from here as possible, we just need to find Tangerine now.

?????: considering this was the dragonet who was taking care of Nightmare’s dragonet, I don’t think you should have said that.

Darkfinder: "Tangerine? Oh, I know him! He's been held back at the volcano for a few weeks. He keeps clawing things for some reason."

Cascade: take 4 it is then. Stay here and watch him closely, do you still have the spear I stole?

?????: yep *he’s holding it*

Cascade: take him to nightmare and watch him.

Darkfinder: "..."

Cascade: here I go again

Nightmare: "You shouldn't go. You're lucky you've made it this many times."

?????: she’s right. They probably have someone waiting down there now.

Cascade: if what I think the rest of the nightwings are planning us true, it’s best to gather as much information as possible anyways. Is there a possibility I’m going to be caught? Sure, but I’m not about to let a rainwing die in there. Darkfinder, where is Tangerine being kept? You’re the only one that can tell me.

?????: this isn’t a good idea, we should at least wait another day before finding Tangerine.

Cascade: it’s unlikely they’ll kill him for losing both this Nightwing and his dragonet, but still a possibility! As far as I know he is the only rainwing left on the island.

Darkfinder: "He was moved away from the regular prisoners. I don't know where he is now, but my guess is somewhere in the dungeons."

?????: I’m not really comfortable with this. This could end very badly very easily.

Cascade: I have to try, I know my chances aren’t great.

?????: don’t say I didn’t warn you. *he flies to the tree tops* Good luck then.

Cascade: heh, thanks I’m gonna need it.

Daekfinder: *nods*

*Cascade dives back into the cave, quickly camouflaging herself again before she reaches the other side*

Nightmare: "..."

?????: I can’t believe she’s doing this… I can’t believe I’m doing this, I’m going to see the Volcano too.

???: "You killed him? You have to be kidding!"
????: "No. He tried to kill me, so what did you expect me to do?"

*the Nightwing dragonet catches up to Cascade only to find that sheds watching the conversation and he can’t get too close without looking suspicious or breaking it up, so he’s stays away and hides behind a wall*

????: "Listen, Mooncrash. I did what I had to. And let's not forget all the dragons you killed."
???: "AT LEAST I DID IT FOR THE GOOD OF THE TRIBE."

*the Nightwing dragonet is getting a headache, he hasn’t been this close to many dragons and have all of their thoughts rushing at him at once, Cascade is still standing there, trying her best to stay camouflaged and figure out what happened*

???: "Whatever. By the way, you should get your claw looked at. I don't know what that Rainwing did, but he left a mark."
????: "I know, right? I've never felt that kind of pain before."

?????: *they decide to come around the corner* hey guys, have you seen a rainwing around here? I’m afraid I’ve lost one.

*Cascade must stay absolutely still in her current position, but she’s very confused*

?????: *thinking: I know what I’m doing Cascade*

???:: *sniffs* ou smell funny...Eh, whatever. No."

?????: uh… did you have one at one point? You said you killed someone.

???: "Actually, yes. Stormflight here killed some Rainwing who attacked him."
Stormflight: "AND MOONCRASH HERE THINKS IT'S IMMORAL FOR ME TO KILL DRAGONS BUT NOT HER."

?????: hm…. By any chance was this rainwing named Tangerine?

Cascade: *thinking: “three moons what is he doing.”she shifts her position a little to get a better look*

Mooncrash: "Yeah."
Stormflight: "He was insane! And he had black burning spit!"

?????: sorry, I lost him a little while ago. What did you do to make him do that?

*Cascade is slowly backing out so she makes the least amount of noise possible*

Stormflight: "I DON't KNOW!"
Mooncrash: *sighs*

?????: ok, what did you do before he did that?

Stormsight: "I just came in to give him his weekly meal."

?????: and then what?

Stormsight: "I took off his muzzle and he spat the black spit at me." *flicks their tail at their leg, which has venom scars scattered across the scales*

Nightmare: "He can't be gone..."

?????: you can ask her when she wakes up.

Cascade: I only gave her a small dose… she should wake up soon.

Nightmare: "I'm gonna go get the egg. Be right back." *flies off and comes back a few minutes later with a dark purple and silver egg*

Cascade: wait then who was this orange dragonet we took?

?????: uh…

Nightmare: "I dunno."

Cascade: uh… where is Darkfinder?

Darkfinder: "Up here." *she's sitting on a tree branch*

?????: so we just got this other Nightwing dragonet in trouble for no reason?

Cascade: I thought your dragonet had hatched.

?????: *facepalming* so your telling me you’ve put 3 dragonet’s lives on the line over a mistake?

Cascade: *nervous chuckle* maybe?

Nightmare: "..."

?????: ok, thank you. I guess I’ll have to report this if you didn’t already. At least you were defending yourself.

Mooncrash: *nods*

*the Nightwing dragonet walks away, Cascade joins his side still camouflaged once they’re far enough away from most of the nightwings, they talk in low whispers*

Cascade: what were you thinking?!

?????: I thought I could get the information a little easier than you could.

Cascade: well your not wrong, let’s get out of here before someone else spots me. *They both take off and fly towards the cave*

Mooncrash: *follows quietly*

*the Nightwing doesn’t really check to see if your following him, he can already feel your mind’s presence, it was Cascade who checked to see if someone was following him*

?????: *Quietly so only Cascade could hear him* do not say anything, I know. I’m already a suspicious Nightwing as it is, I don’t need anyone else thinking I have mental issues on top of that.

Mooncrash: *listens, but her hearing was damaged in an explosion so she can't hear too well anymore*

*they continued flying towards the cave, they landed inside the entrance*

Mooncrash: *follows*

*the Nightwing dragonet continues not to notice, Cascade and the dragonet exchanged a quick soundless conversation and Cascade rushed ahead, the Nightwing dragonet continued at his current pace*

Mooncrash: "So, you are up to something, huh?"

?????: I wonder what gives you that idea. *he tried not to sound so sarcastic. He continues into the cave*

Mooncrash: "Isn't it obvious? You were talking to someone. A Rainwing."

?????: I wasn’t talking to anyone. If you really wish to keep spying on me, by all means, you can follow me to the rainforest.

Mooncrash: "Oh, beleive me. I will."

*you reach the forest, it seems awfully quiet*

?????: do you really plan on returning me to that island when you figure out I haven’t actually done anything wrong? *he’s trying to read their thoughts*

*Cascade is waiting above the cave, she is still camouflaged*

Mooncrash(thoughts): "Am I just crazy? No. He's up to something, he has to be"

?????: hmm… are you a friend of Darkfinder?

Cascade: *thinking: “just a little further…”

?????: *the Nightwing shifts positions to be a little further from the cave, hoping Mooncrush would move further out with him*

Mooncrash: "Not really."

?????: just one more question. Why have you followed me? *he concentrates on Mooncrush’s thoughts*

Mooncrash: "I have my reasons." (thoughts: "I'm wasting my time, aren't I?... Well, may as well keep going."

*Cascade had gotten a dart gun, she aimed it at Mooncrush, it hit her near her wing*

Mooncrash: "I-I knew it!..." *passes out*

?????: not what I had in mind.

Cascade: what did you want me to do?

?????: fair enough, come on, let’s get her to Nightmare and Darkfinder before she wakes up.

Nightmare: *sighs* "Mooncrash...Such a sad dragon. She was friends with almost everyone until the explosion...And the death of her brother..."

Cascade: we think Tangerine is dead, this dragonet decided to follow us back.

?????: three moons, Cascade you can’t do stuff like this.

Cascade: alright, we’ll at least the other two came voluntarily.

Darkfinder: "Yeah."

Cascade: see? Also, this one should be awake by now.

?????: Cascade: you still almost got them killed.

Mooncrash: "Ow..."

Cascade: have a nice nap?

?????: Cascade, now is not the time.

Mooncrash: *growling*
Nightmare: "Mooncrash, calm down. We-"
Mooncrash: "So, you betrayed us, huh? No wonder I haven't seen you around much. And what's that? An egg? You've been meeting with a RAINWING in secret, HAVEN'T YOU?"

?????: calm down or maybe my rainwing friend here can give you another dose of venom.

*Cascade growls, she’s ready to fight*

?????: you really want to fight huh? You know you didn’t have to follow me to the forest. I just thought that would hurt more.

Cascade: your fault for coming with me in the first place. I told you I had it under control.

?????: fair enough. So would you like to tell Nightmare about Tangerine?

Mooncrash: "..."

?????: to me the situation you were in, it was understandable.

Cascade: didn’t you just say you didn’t want to put a dragonet’s life in jeopardy again?

?????: you know what, forget that I said that.

Mooncrash: "Yeah, I'm just gonna go..."

Cascade: back to the island? If so you better not tell them you saw me.

?????: it’s much better here, or anywhere else besides that island for that matter.

Mooncrash: *laughs* "Unlike Nightmare and Darkfinder, I'm no traitor. I'm going back and I'll tell whoever I want whatever I want to." *flies back towards the tunnel*

?????: let her go. She thinks this is the right thing to do, it’s not her fault my tribe has made her think this way. I also don’t see another way out of this situation for my tribe either, they wouldn’t bring themselves down to negotiate with who they think are inferior. Especially whoever is leading this tribe it seems. They have a false sense of superiority. Sure, they may see themselves to be superior to every tribe by living in such harsh conditions like the Icewings, and I guess in a way they are a little because of the experience, but not in a way that should be preventing them from negotiating with the rainwings or someone to gain territory. And their envious of your territory.

Cascade: and what will happen to the rainwings if they succeed?

?????: either pushed out of their territory and/or the small chance you could go extinct.

Cascade: I don’t like those options.

Nightmare: "Yeah. I don't either. And nobody in that tribe can keep their mouth shut for too long."

Cascade: I kind of got that already. Not from him surprisingly.

?????: haha very funny.

Darkfinder: "Mooncrash'll do anything to be worth something in the eyes of the grownups." *sighs and runs after Mooncrash*

Cascade: they are gonna stay at the island, aren’t they?

?????: most likely.

Nightmare: "I dought she'll live long enough. Mooncrash has proven time and again that she not only will but enjoys killing dragons she dislikes."

Cascade: eh… I don’t know how but I somehow understand that.

?????: should we do something?

Cascade: I’m not sure what we can do. I’m not messing things up for a fourth time.

Nightmare: "I'll deal with it."

Cascade: are you sure?

Nightmare: *nods* "Watch the egg for me." *flies off*

*Cascade and the Nightwing guard the egg*

Nightmare: *comes back a few minutes later with Darkfinder, who's covered in scratches and bites*

?????: what happened to you?

Cascade: Mooncrush?

Nightmare: "She's insane. Tore Darkfinder to shreds."

Cascade: you know what… I want to take her to our queens so they actually get their act together and start training us to defend ourselves.

?????: in a sense you already have some training with the venom target practice.

Cascade: almost everyone is too afraid to use it on other dragons. What we need is a real army.

Nightmare: *nods*

Cascade: god I hope no one thinks I tried to make them look bad… I got taken when I was picking fruit.

?????: given the circumstances of what you had just went through, you should be able to convince them to start training up an army.

Darkfinder: "Huh? An army?..."

Cascade: I have a feeling that you guys are going to invade our territory and possibly force us out of the rainforest. I’m not about to let that happen. This place can easily house both tribes, if you guys would have just traveled to meet our queens to negotiate, this issue could be resolve fairly quickly.
