Nope, in the Netherlands you always bring your own food to school
You can get some snacks like a slice of pizza or a “frikandelbroodje” (which is like the holy food of every middle schooler/high schooler here) but you have to pay cash for that (only 1 euro tho, pretty cheap if you ask me and it’s fckin nice)

I thought that was a normal thing for US schools

But even things like pizza and cheeseburgers are terrible where I go (i usually bring my own)

Also breakfast is free at my school (little bit better)

I just go to the donut shop thats right next to my school anyways (cream filled donuts with sugar free monsters is weird af)
