Lately, I have realized that our forces are largely uneducated and inadequate. Not all of you are like that. What I mean is, I feel like we aren't as powerful as we could be. We seem to be very outdated. Yes we win wars, but we don't seem to be that effective when finding and reporting ToS violations. Which is why, with the help of Capto, we are going to be reforming the stream. We'll make a new handbook. Reform our tactics, and make the use of this stream to find and report ToS violations (of course we'll take breaks.) Do you all understand?
