I think the design is fine, maybe change the scars and inside ears to be a dark blue? As for names here's a few

Shamu (one of the first orca whales ever captured)
Mint (I just like mint)
Snapper (type of fish)
Sauger (type of fish)

Top one is best but you should add the neck and tail scales to it, and maybe make those scales black too

lol I don’t know why, but I wanted to call them Wraith, which makes no sense since their a rainwing and they usually pick much happier things for names rather than random Ghosts and spirits lol. I was thinking something that could coincide with her camouflaging scales and ability for stealth.

ooooooh, I thought it was a sea-wing, I've never actually read the books and only know it from my friends discussing it but now I regret the fish names. If you want a name that makes sense, but also kinda goes with the rain-wing theme, maybe something after a camouflaging bug?

You know what, I’m thinking of just naming them Cascade or Spirit, I don’t know why those two names came to kind.

Spirit is kinda generic, Cascade sounds nice though
