Okay here's an explanation on why I haven't been very active:
TL;DR: depression and lack of hope or respect for some aspects of this stream demotivates me to post here
I'd like to start with the fact that I'm not leaving imgflip and I still check here everyday but I haven't been feeling much respect nor motivation to post on this stream. I've been realizing that this stream has been turning into something I don't like due to poor management of the stream. I feel like a lot of policies need to be reviewed/enforced and such.
On the contrary, shout out to folks who are actually posting original art, one of the few reasons why I still stick around with this stream! I'm not gonna abandon ship or nothin, but I'll definitely be posting less (for now)
The other reason is sorta just life rn in general? I've been facing some personal issues (depression, anxiety, dysphoria, lack of control, falling friendships etc.) Because of those issues it's been a tad hard for me to really wanna make art. I feel so distracted and I will sometimes feel like I'm being ignorant for drawing in general, despite it being one of the few hobbies I can still uphold.
To the 92 (nearly 100 yay!) folks who stick around following me for what I assume is my art, I'm thinking about making a separate stream sort of like a blog for my art? Idk what do yall think?
P.S. No hate to this stream, I think I may just be salty towards the sort of shift that's happened after what Vario (or whatever their new name is at this point) did, in my view it kinda ruined the stream. It really shattered the community and such that this stream held. For that there are only a few folks I have to blame, not the whole stream.
