We are poor because America and England blocked our technology. Just like they did with Brazil and the EE-71 Osório MBT, because it's not convenient that we have our own military resources. And, for the record, I'm not even argentinian, I'm Brazilian.

LOL, South America is poor because it had crappy colonizers and has been very politically unstable. Obviously, America and the UK would blocked the military power of a dictatorship that's what they've done throughout the 20th and 21st centuries.
