*you hear a screech in the forest, it sounds like Lylyth*

*J12 stands and bolts in the direction of the screech*

*a tendril is holding Lylyth above a cliff*
*the figure stands there, staring at Lylyth*

*the infected figure from earlier sprints out of the forest and tries to tackle the other figure*

*The figure grabs the infected one with a tendril*

*the infected figure starts bursting with infection and screams loudly, similar to Crystal Guardian's screech attack*

*you can see tears streaming down Lylyth's face*

*J12 is slowly going insane, and more of his body is turning black*

*The figure sees J12, releases the infected, stabs them, and stands in front of J12*

*the infected falls to the ground*
*J12's body is flashing between black and white now*

Scarab: *turns to J12 and Lylyth*
Lylyth: ...who...was that....?

J12: "I don't know..."

Lylyth: Huh...
Scarab: Some idiot.

J12: "They figured out a way to clone people..."

Lylyth: CLONE PEOPLE?!
Scarab: Yep...

J12: "Yeah."

Scarab: What do we do now...?

*J12 looks off the cliff*

Scarab: *Looks as well*

*the infected figure actually got impaled on a tree*

Lylyth: T-thanks...

J12: "You were attacked. Luckily, i managed to make them leave. And of course, my throwing knife aim SUCKS because of my eye positioning."

J12: "At the very least, i'm not JUST a vessel..."

*J12 pulls his head off*

*a purple-ish flame pops out of a hole beneath where his head was, and it's about the same size as his head*

Scarab: They prolly dont matter...

*J12 pulls out this picture*

Scarab: Huh, never seen 'em...

J12: "So... who's Zaer?"

Scarab: My young brother.

J12: "Can I see a picture of them?"

Scarab: *nods*

J12: "He looks so cute..."

*The figure swipes at Scarab, knocking her back*

*the figure that was asleep wakes up*

*The figure throws Scarab against a tree*

Scarab: *picks the thorns out and wraps them in bandage*

???: "Oh... thanks..."

NightWatcher: *whispers to J12 and 019: that was nice...*

O19: "What was nice?"

NightWatcher: She helped them...?

O19: "Oh."

Scarab: *walks back holding the figure*
NightWatcher: *smiles*

*??? and The Infected lock eyes*

Scarab: ?
NightWatcher: Uhm...

*The Infected looks a bit angry*

*they keep attacking*

*J12 is fighting the Zotelings like the Queen from Dead Cells*

*The three do combos on the Zotelings*

*O19 sends a wall of fire at the Zotelings*

*they keep fighting until they get tired*

*the Zotelings stop appearing*

*they take a break*

*J12 cuts the rest of the Zotelings clean in half*

*the Lifeblood figure is asleep*

Zaer: SCARAB! S-scarab..? *looks at both of them* Which is the real....one...?

*Scarab 2 has a bit of Lifeblood to her*

*Scarab 2 sprints into the forest*

Scarab: That one isn't the real me.

*Scarab 2 leaves behind a combination of Infection and Lifeblood*

Zaer: Huh...

*Scarab 2 is now gone*

Scarab: *WHO WAS THAT?! *Looks at the lifeblood figure*

???: "Oh, just a failed experiment..."

???: Oh...

*J12 looks at the infected's corpse*

???: *sighs* Sorry, about your friends...

J12: "It's fine... O19 might be able to revive them..."

???: 019?

J12: "O19."

???: Who s that?

J12: "Just another Anomaly, like me."

???: Anomaly?

J12: "Yeah."

Scarab: ???

*it actually works, and the infected Scarab becomes uninfected*

Scarab: ?!?!

???: "Huh... that actually worked..."

Scarab: *scared*

*the Lifeblood figure writes something in a journal*

Scarab: WHO'RE YOU?! *pointing at the other scarab*

Scarab 2: "I'm you..."

Lylyth: What's that sound...?

J12: "What sound?"

Lylyth: Sounds like...fire...

J12: "Oh, that's just my Homonculus catching fire within my body. I'm both alive and dead at the same time."

Lylyth: Oh...

J12: "What if someone just kind of... attacked me, right now?"

LeafPad: *jumps down, arches her back up, unsheathes her claws and reveals sharp teeth*

LeafPad: *sheathed her claws, closed her mouth, and looks at the infected, the fur on her back fell down*

*The Infected continues staring at LeafPad*

LeafPad: *lies down, then rolls over*

*The Infected just continues staring*

*The figure watches*

*J12 stares into the figure's eyes*

*The figure stands there*

*J12 waits for them to say something*

*The figure walks away*

*the infected slowly stands up*

*The figure stabs them multiple times, then slashes*

*the infected is now right at the cliff's edge*
*J12 takes off his head and throws it at the figure at an extreme speed, like it's a boomerang*

*the actual figure is up on the treetop, disguised in such a way that makes them difficult to see*

NightWatcher: Sure. *hands it to her*

*it reads as follows:
"Dear Scarab, i'm quite sorry for cloning you, and using the clone for experimental purposes without your permission. The rest of the vessels i did this to were completely fine with it, i thought you were just another regular vessel, and i thought that the cloning process wouldn't change you in any way. I'm sorry if it did, i truly am. Written by Liv, The Lifeblood Child."*

*the figure turns away, which makes them a lot easier to see*

Scarab: Well...uh...

Scarab: *sighs*

*the figure cools down*

Scarab: ! *She grabs Lylyth, slips herself, throws Lylyth to land and falls*

*a figure flies to scarab, throws her to land but accidentally threw her too far as her head gets hit on a tree*

*Zote appears like a monster in a horror game*

Lylyth: WHAT'S GOING ON?!

*J12 runs over to and kicks Zote, which sends Zote flying off the cliff*

Scarab: Huh?

*the figure jumps into a bush after noticing Scarab*

*some Lifeseeds follow them into the bush*

*the figure slowly pops their head out of the bush*

Scarab: I'm not a threat...

*the figure slowly stands up*

*something looks at the figure from the forest*

*The figure runs away*
*lylyth's keeps crying*

*J12 watches his head miss the figure and fall off the cliff*
*J12 flips the figure off*

*The figure flips J12 off*

*J12 makes a Dead Cells reference and flips the figure off with both hands*

*The figure is gone*
Lylyth: *crying* ...

*the infected figure and J12 try to grab Lylyth*

*The figure darts back and knocks the infected figure off the cliff, as well as themselves*

*the infected figure decides to go out on a high note and attempts to shoot the figure as they both fall*

*they don't dodge in time*

*the infected figure hits the other figure with a bullet and then shoots themselves, sending them in a slightly different direction*
*the infected figure cries happily as he hits the ground*

Scarab: ?!

*J12 kicks another Zote, and accidentally starts the Eternal Ordeal*

Scarab: Huh, well that was weird...
NightWatcher: Yeah...

*the ground starts shaking*

*The two slash at t he Zotelings, and LeafPad scratch at the Zotelings as well*

*O19 starts burning the Zotelings*

*they start trying to climb a tree*

Scarab: What the...

*they eventually make it onto the tree*

Scarab: *long sigh*

*they continue looking for the thing*

Scarab: Do ya need help...?

*they're startled, and almost fall down*

Scarab: *makes sure they don't fall*

*O19 had already done that*

Lylyth: ?!
*shaking in fear*

*J12 jumps away from ???*

Lylyth: ...

???: *thinking* "KILL THEM."

Lylyth: *she starts shaking a bit more*

*J12 takes ??? and Y E E T s them into the forest*

Lylyth: *she shrunked down* AH!

*??? is gone*
J12: "The infected one is now gone..."

Lylyth: WHAT?! I-I-I-INFECTED?!!!

J12: "Yeah..."

NightWatcher: Oh...

*O19 does a thing with a bit of Lifeblood*

NightWatcher: Aw...
Scarab: *still blushing*

*the corpse, which was lying down, stands up*

*The Infected's head has a bit of flame to it*

NightWatxher: Are they still infected...?

O19: "Yes."

NightWatcher: Huh.
Scarab: *walks over*
*Zaer and Lylyth are talking to each other*

*the Lifeblood figure from earlier watches everybody else, sitting atop a tree*

*the thing in the forest seems to be an infected clone of Scarab*

*the Lifeblood figure starts hyperventilating*

*the Lifeblood figure goes back into the bush and hides again*

*the infected Scarab clone stares at the real Scarab*

Scarab: *starts shaking*

*the infected clone starts copying Scarab*

Scarab: *starts waking up*
NightWatcher: Oh! *walks up to Scarab and picks her up, and smiles at her*
