No it was not.

the IP was WAY too long to be a real IP, also even if it was your real IP, it renders useless to anyone for that matter, IPs are used for transporting messages or images from different devices to your, but you have to CONNECT them first, so its basically useless

well if you dont care, then it should be really easy for you to realize that candiez didn't do anything!
