When you inevitably win, the team Plasma leader says that it was actually all a plot for him to have all of the power and wanted no one to have Pokémon so no one could challenge him, and then he suggests killing you now that you know. So you take Reshiram/Zekrom into another battle against a man who had gone mad. Reshiram being the Pokémon of truth, Zekrom being the Pokémon of ideals.
