I'm taking coding classes and i got one tomorrow but i dont think coding classes could be any use. You'd probably need to get tutorials that teach you how to mod exactly that game and probably learn how it'll work. I never made a mod before, only a game so idk anything 'bout modding

Yea, there's tutorials about modding specifically the game

It seems easy: just replace the sprites with the sprites of the character your modding over, changes the hitbox/hurtbox sizes to match the attack effects

And maybe voice lines, I gotta learn that too

ah, the good ol' replacing.. but try watching a video by jonas tryoller on sound effects. maybe you can learn voice lines too, but yeah, i think the easiest thing you can do i replace them
