Depending on what someone has done wrong, there is a set pattern I (Bun/Uno) have created:
1. Warning- Just tell them to stop what they're doing and that it does not abide by the rules
2. Final Warning- Tell them to knock it off and this is their last chance
3. Temporary Ban- Depending on the situation, ban them for a short amount of time
4. Permanent Ban- If this continues after the first ban, you are allowed to ban them indefinitely if it is needed
