Agender people exist, but you are assigned one of two genders at birth. I don't see how you got in trouble for having common sense enough to know that.

sorry for the late reply, it was people r us or something. Apparently he was only a stream moderator, not a sitewide moderator so i only got comment banned temporarily from just this stream. I actually don't know how to change mod permissions, but I will look into that.
