Well,, The aim must have been off, or something, can i check the guns to make sure they match the bullet wounds/bullets?

The two guns are a glock 18 right next to William Parkinson's chair, and that glock shoots 9mm bullets and the revolver next to John Parkinson's body, and the revolver shoots .357 magnums.

yep, he killed the mother and the little sisters, and killed his dad when the dad just walked in to the door, and puts a revolver next to the dad dead body and then sit in the chair, and killed himself.

The first thing when you open the door, you'll see John Parkinson's body with a gun next to his right arm, you look at the living room seeing 3 chairs with 3 dead people sitting in it, one of them is the big brother William Parkinson and the little sisters Lily Parkinson and Sophia Parkinson. You see a gun just next to William Parkinson's chair. And in the kitchen, you see Amelia Parkinson's dead body lying on the ground with some broken plates.
