Who knows? The cartels could definitely use Dora’s geographical knowledge but if they were to ever enslave her to do their bidding, what about Boots and Backpack? My guess would be that they are eternally trapped and put into danger, thus Dora would be forced to follow them. Indoctrination would then lead Dora to become an actual cartel dealer herself. Then after some experience, she could influence her friends to become drug lords as well, and of course their first victim would be Swiper. Thus, now Dora the Explorer has become Dora de Heroin.
